직책: Visual Lead (비주얼 리드)_In Store

역할 목표

비주얼 리드는 매장 판매를 달성하고 관리 팀과 협력하여 비주얼 머천다이징을 통해 수익성을 극대화하는 역할을 담당합니다. 비주얼 리드는 운영 및 비주얼 관리자와 긴밀히 협력하여 작업을 시작하고 위임하며 팀에 피드백을 제공하여 전체 매장 운영을 지원하는 최적의 결과를 달성합니다.

직무는 매장 내 및 후면을 포함하여 지속적인 이동이 필요합니다. 고객을 적극적으로 돕지 않을 때는 매장을 깨끗하고 안전하며 초대하고 효율적으로 운영하기 위해 필요한 다른 작업을 수행합니다. 이 직무는 매장 소속으로 매장에서의 근무를 기반으로 합니다.

Visual Leader (비주얼 리더)

• 배송, 수령 및 처리, 반송, 판매 층 회복, 일일 판매 층 보충, 층 세트 업데이트 및 공급 관리 등 주요 운영 기능 실행을 관리합니다.
• 비주얼 관리자와 협력하여 지침에 따라 제품 회복, 재고 보충, 재고 감소 및 비주얼 머천다이징 변경을 통해 전략적 제품 프레젠테이션 및 머천다이징을 유지합니다.
• 급여 관리를 통해 관리 팀과 협력하여 비주얼 층 변경을 효과적으로 계획하고 비즈니스 요구에 맞게 구역 및 비주얼 지원을 조정합니다.
• 계획에서 실행까지 비주얼 방향을 실행하고 유지하여 회사 기대치, 예산, 일정에 부합합니다.
• 관리 팀과 협력하여 보고 도구를 활용하여 제품 배치, 의상 구성 및 재고 수준과 관련된 비즈니스 기회를 식별합니다. 필요한 경우 변경합니다.

Business Leader (비즈니스 리더)

• 운영 및 비주얼 관리자와 협력하여 보고서, 예산, 비용, 재고 관리, 공급품, 공급업체 관계, 기술 및 시설을 관리하여 유지 및 최대화합니다.
• 비즈니스 추진 전략을 지원하기 위해 지표를 활용하여 강력한 비즈니스 감각을 발휘합니다.
• 소매 층에서 역동적으로 이동하여 비즈니스, 팀 및 고객의 요구를 평가하고 충족합니다.

People Leader (사람 리더)

• 모범을 보이며 일상 운영, 고객 경험 및 비주얼 표준에서 직원들에게 영감을 줍니다.
• 관리 팀과 협력하여 직원들에게 코칭, 지도 및 방향을 제공합니다. 인재 채용 및 개발을 책임집니다.
• 매장 리더와 협력하여 회사 성과 도구를 사용하여 직원들을 평가하고 지속적인 피드백을 제공하여 개인 성장과 개선을 촉진합니다.

Flow Experience Leader (Flow 경험 리더)

• Operation Lead(운영 리드)와 협력하여 교차 기능 교육을 보장하고, Sales&Service Lead(판매 및 서비스 리드)와 협력하여 비즈니스가 잘 실행되도록 합니다.
• 목표 및 KPI를 달성하기 위해 관리 팀과 협력하여 회사 수준의 운영 중심 지침, 프로젝트 및 이니셔티브를 실행합니다.
• 비주얼 표준에 따라 매장을 오픈하고 마감합니다.

비주얼 리드 자격

• 고객 중심의 판매 환경 및 Visual 경험 2년 이상의 경력
• 뛰어난 의사 결정을 보여주는 입증된 리더십 능력
• 피드백을 소중히 여기며, 피드백을 받는 것에 열려 있고 제공하기를 열망합니다.

비주얼 리드 일정

비즈니스와 팀의 요구를 지원하는 균형 잡힌 일정을 구축하기 위해 모든 직원은 개방된 가용성을 가져야 하며, 피크일과 주말을 포함한 다양한 근무 시간을 기대합니다. 모든 직원은 예외 없이 미국 추수감사절 주간(블랙 프라이데이 및 추수감사절 주말 포함)부터 휴가 시즌 종료(1월 첫째 주)까지 회사의 블랙아웃 기간 동안 근무할 수 있어야 합니다.

Objective

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The Visual Lead will work closely with Operations & Visual Managers in initiating, delegating work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations. Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. This is an on-site store based position

Visual Leader

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and making visual merchandising change in accordance with directive and with partnership of the Visual Manager
• Effectively plans visual floor changes with the management team through payroll management and adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business.
• Executes and maintains visual direction from planning through executing to meeting company expectations, budgets, timeline
• Utilizes reporting tools in partnership with management to identify business opportunities with product placement, outfitting, and stock levels. Makes changes as necessary

Business Leader

• Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests

People Leader

• Leads by example and inspires staff in daily operations, guest experience, and visual standards
• Partner with management to provide coaching, guidance and direction to Associates; responsible for recruitment and development of talent
• Usage of company performance tools to evaluate associates and provide constant feedback to drive individual growth and improvement in partnership with the store leader

Flow Experience Leader

• Collaborate with Operations Lead to ensure cross-functional training, and Sales & Service Lead to ensure the business is well-executed
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with leadership team to achieve goals & KPI’s
• Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards

Visual Lead Qualifications

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with and embodies Alo’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in an around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
