We are seeking a multidisciplinary Visual Designer who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in front of an editing timeline, and inside Adobe Creative Suite. You will lead the creation of brand identities, data-driven infographics, and high-quality video/photo content—from concept to final delivery.
1. Brand & Graphic Design:
Design and refine visual identities, logos, style guides, and brand asset libraries.Create compelling infographics, data visualizations, and editorial-style reports for digital and print.Ensure visual consistency across all platforms—websites, social media, presentations, and client deliverables.
2. Video & Motion:
Shoot, edit, and produce short-form videos for social media, campaigns, and studio presentations.Create motion graphics (lower-thirds, animated charts, typography animations) using After Effects.Edit raw footage into polished, story-driven clips with proper color grading, sound design, and pacing.
3. Photography:
Capture high-quality product, event, portrait, and lifestyle photography for brand campaigns and internal use.Retouch, color-correct, and organize photo assets for digital and print distribution.Manage photo shoots, including lighting setup, composition, and direction of subjects.
4. Collaboration & Research:
Work closely with design directors, design strategists, and marketing teams to translate concepts into visual stories.Research design, video, and photography trends to keep our content fresh and innovative.Manage and archive all visual assets in an organized, shareable system.

职位要求

1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of professional experience in a design, multimedia, or content creation role.
3. Portfolio must clearly demonstrate:
- Brand identity and infographic design.
- Original video content (editing, color grading, sound).
- Original photography (composition, lighting, retouching).
4. Software Proficiency (Advanced): graphic design, video editing, photo editing, UI/Web related software and tools.
5. Language: Fluent in both English and Chinese.
6. Soft Skills: Strong storytelling ability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving.
7. Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with 3D software for motion experiments.
- Knowledge of AI tools for rapid concepting.
- Social media management or content strategy experience.
- Studio lighting and grip equipment knowledge.
