You will be responsible for designing high-performing marketing creatives, motion assets, and brand visuals that drive engagement across performance marketing channels, app experiences, and retail environments. The ideal candidate understands both aesthetics and conversion psychology — how visuals influence user behavior, improve click-through rates, and strengthen brand recall. You will collaborate closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to rapidly iterate on creative outputs, build scalable design systems, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across platforms.
