Brand Overview

A leading global technology and entertainment platform is looking to onboard a team of Visual Designers to support large-scale global digital campaigns across multiple regions.

The team works on high-volume creative production for a globally recognized video streaming platform, delivering marketing and promotional assets across international markets. The role sits at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring high-quality digital assets are produced, localized, and delivered at scale while maintaining strict brand and quality standards.

The Visual Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality digital design assets for marketing campaigns across multiple regions and channels. The role involves managing creative production for title launches and promotional campaigns, handling both first-party and third-party content requests.

You will collaborate with global marketing, production, and quality teams to deliver visually compelling and brand-consistent creative assets while managing multiple projects, tight timelines, and localization requirements.

This role is ideal for designers who thrive in fast-paced production environments and enjoy working on global entertainment campaigns at scale

Key Responsibilities

  • Create on-brand digital design solutions aligned with campaign objectives and project requirements.

  • Develop and optimize key art assets, layouts, and visual content for global marketing campaigns.

  • Support creative production across multiple regions and lines of business

  • Execute mock-ups, creative decks, and localization adaptations while adhering to established brand guidelines.

  • Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and rush requests while ensuring consistent quality delivery.

  • Maintain graphic templates and style guides according to brand and production standards.

  • Deliver digital assets across platforms while ensuring proper file organization and version control

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, production teams, and QA specialists to ensure quality control and compliance

  • Participate in kickoff calls, status updates, and cross-functional discussions to ensure alignment on guidelines and requirements

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency within the design workflow.

Mandatory Skills

Experience & Education

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer / Graphic Designer in a creative agency or production environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field

  • Online portfolio showcasing strong digital design work (mandatory).

Design & Tools

  • Strong working experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience using Figma for collaborative design workflows.

  • Ability to develop high-quality digital assets and key art for marketing campaigns.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (candidates will be required to clear a Versant test).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across marketing, production, and QA teams

Execution & Problem Solving

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to work on high-volume production tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, self-prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills in fast-paced environments.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Understanding of marketing and advertising principles

  • Experience managing digital asset libraries, design systems, or content repositories

  • Exposure to large-scale global campaign production workflows

Working Details

  • 40 hours per week (5 days)

  • Flexible shift hours to support global time zones

  • On-site role based in Bangalore or Chennai

  • Hardware and required software will be provided
