As a Visual Designer, you will own how people first experience the brand. In this category, design isn't decoration — it's the first signal that tells someone in a sensitive, sometimes distressing moment that they're in the right place. The job is to make people feel better while making it unmistakable what our brand stands for. You'll own the website, all social design, and marketing collateral end to end, with real room to build and lead a team as the company grows. A core part of the mandate is cracking an illustration system the team has been experimenting with but hasn't yet solved—saying more by saying less.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the website, currently built on Framer — design, build, and iterate.
• Develop and refine a proprietary illustration system that carries a significant share of the brand's expression.
• Design all social media assets across channels, maintaining a consistent and distinctive visual language.
• Create marketing collateral across formats — campaigns, decks, print, product surfaces, and everything in between.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components rather than one-off screens.
• Define a visual point of view that deliberately breaks from mental health category clichés (soft gradients, lone figures on cliffs).
• Translate brand strategy into visual decisions that work at a sensitive, high-stakes first touchpoint.
• Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to move faster and explore wider.
• Work with minimal guidance and high autonomy inside a sub-10 person team.
• Collaborate in person with founders and cross-functional teammates on brand, product, and growth priorities.
• Grow into building and leading a design team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience working with brands or clients in a visual/brand design capacity.
• Demonstrated systems thinking — portfolio shows systems, not isolated screens.
• Past experience with website design and/or hands-on work in Framer.
• A distinct point of view that gets past category clichés.
• Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving team.
• Active use of AI in day-to-day design work.
• Experience with — or genuine interest in developing — an illustration system (strong plus).
• Willingness to work from office full-time in Koramangala, Bengaluru (remote applicants will not be considered).
