MISSION
Support the visual execution of the account by creating social media assets with quality, speed, and consistency with the defined creative direction. This role will contribute to content production based on trends identified by the team and work under the guidance of the Creative Lead to maintain a high volume of output aligned with the brand’s goals.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Instagram under the guidance of the Creative Lead
Capture and edit basic on-site and in-field content
Execute visual trends identified by the team, adapting them to the brand’s tone
Edit graphic assets and format adaptations using templates provided by the senior design team
Support shoot production and help organize asset files
Assist the Creative Visual Designer with campaign versioning and adaptations
Keep the asset library organized and up to date
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic video editing skills in CapCut, InShot, or Premiere
Understanding of current social media formats and what performs well on TikTok vs. Instagram
Willingness to learn quickly and execute with clear direction
Strong eye for visual detail, including sizing, spacing, typography.
Native Portuguese (Brazil) + intermediate/advanced English
