As a Visual and Creative Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually inspiring shopping environment for the NEXT customer, with a specific focus on the Home department. This role is based at our Head Office in Leicestershire working full time 36 hours per week Monday-Friday.
In this position, you will play a key role in developing Head Office Visual Merchandising (VM) Guidelines to an exceptionally high standard while actively supporting and developing store teams across the business. • A strong creative eye with a genuine passion for Visual Merchandising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and store networks.
  • Strong planning, time-management, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel, stay overnight for short periods, and work additional hours when required for store launches and projects.
  • Prior experience working specifically with Home products is advantageous, though not essential.
