We are looking for a Visual Coordinator to join our Retail Ops Team based in Rochdale - As a Visual Coordinator you will be reporting into the Head Of VM and working closely alongside the Area Manager.
About You

Drive retail revenue and protect brand identity across the estate by translating commercial strategies into high-impact, creative visual merchandising briefs. Supporting both strategic design and field compliance, you will optimise category product presentation, align display briefs with marketing campaigns, and elevate the overall consumer shopping experience. This role is head-office based with occasional field based store visits.
Skills/Experience
• Assist the Senior VM Coordinator in creating VM guidelines and briefs.
• Compile image assets for guidelines and briefs through store visits and clear communication with the visual team.
• Provide photo packs for key stakeholders highlighting store VM executions and new store openings.
• Create bi-weekly mannequin styling guides that align with company strategy, educate staff on key styling principles, and consider hyper-locality.
• Align with Marketing teams to ensure all campaign briefs are consistent with company strategy.
• Report on all campaign and brand activations in stores.
• Analyse weekly sales and stock reports to ensure all visual packs are commercial and prioritise high-earning product lines.
• Highlight best practices to guide store teams towards driving retail revenue.
• Support the preparation of seasonal training events and new store opening materials.
• Create regular competitor analysis reports.
• Maintain digital libraries of guidelines, feedback logs, and competitor analysis reports.
• Support on-site execution for new store openings, re-fits, and franchise brand activations.
• Maintain an inventory tracker for modular kits and VM props across the estate.
Key Attributes:
A strong blend of creative flair and immaculate attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator is essential
Communication: Clear written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with store teams.
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a retail VM role.
Full UK driving license required
