This position will manage the day-to-day operations of Visitor Services at Denver Botanic Gardens. The primary responsibilities include all aspects of managing the Visitor Services team, including hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and maintaining staff and volunteers. The Visitor Services Manager is responsible for ensuring all Denver Botanic Gardens visitors have a positive, efficient, and pleasant experience with all Visitor Services staff and volunteers. This position must work closely with most departments to ensure good communication with front-of-house staff and visitors.
