
The Visitor Relations Associate oversees and enhances the day-to-day hospitality efforts at the Welcome Desk in the Miller Family Visitors’ Center located at the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes. This position performs receptionist and customer service duties for our visitors and staff. Responsibilities include answering phones, entering pertinent donor information into forms, inputting contact information, and answering visitor questions. This position directly reports to the Associate Director.
