About the role

Based at Cradle Mountain, the Visitor Reception Officer is central to welcoming visitors and showcasing the natural and cultural wonders of the national park. Reporting to the Business Enterprise Coordinator you will:

  • Sell Park entry passes, shuttle bus tickets and business enterprise products and account for monies.
  • Provide information to visitors regarding recreational activities, safety, minimal impact park use, and the features and facilities of the national park.
  • Assist in maintaining stock.
  • Operate VHF/UHF radio equipment.

Desirable requirements

  • A current Workplace Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
