Responsibilities

Responsibility for effectively operating the Visitor Management system and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • One (1) year in a healthcare or customer service related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PREFERRED

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
  • Work Hours:

    5:00AM - 1:30PM
