
The candidate will work on development of hardware used in upgrades to the radioactive ion trapping program at ATLAS. He will also be involved in analysis of data that will be gathered with the improved system.
Education and Experience Requirements
Basic experimental nuclear physics knowledge in addition to some experience with data acquisition, vacuum, electronics and other laboratory skills.
Must be currently enrolled full-time at an accredited institution.
Must be 18 years or older at the time the appointment begins.
