Grange Property Management are looking for a Visiting Scheme Manager to look afterourdevelopmentatThe Croft in EpsomWith a ‘can do’ attitudeyou’llprioritise and manage your own workload independently.
This is a varied and customer facing role supporting residents inmaintainingtheir well-being and independence. Lone workingyou’llhave support from your Regional Manager and Head Office Team along with a Training and Support Assistant.
Organised and able to work on multiple tasks,you’llhave a good understanding of building maintenance asyou’llbe responsible forthe general management of the building including organising repairs and maintenance of communal areas as well as to the structure of the propertyYou’llalso oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning,gardeningand window cleaning.
You’llbe an excellent communicator who enjoys working closely with people from all backgrounds, able to develop and nurture good working relationships with residents,contractorsand clients.
As the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires or property alterationsyou’llbe able to advise and empathise with the resident age group which is typically 60 plus.
A good standard of IT knowledge and understanding isan important factorwithin the Scheme Managers role, as you willbe requiredto use applications such as Outlook and Word.

The Croft has 19 properties across thedevelopmentand the communal areas consist of aresidentslounge and conservatory, kitchenette, WC, laundry, guestroomand garden areas.
