Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Participate in ongoing research projects in the lab focusing on insect chemical ecology on mechanisms and applications of plant-insect interactions.

-Conducting lab, greenhouse, and field experimental work, analyzing data, preparing reports

-Research manuscripts

-Develop and submit research proposals to funding agencies

-Other duties as assigned

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Entomology or related field

Preferred Education:

PhD in Entomology or related field

Preferred Experience:

Chemical ecology research skills and techniques. Experience with chemical/molecular ecology techniques, biological control of insects, and/or field research.
