We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant Professor to join our team. This position is available immediately. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled.
Our research focuses on understanding the mechanisms of RNA-mediated gene regulation and how dysregulation of gene expression contributes to cancer development and progression. We combine cutting-edge experimental and computational approaches to investigate gene regulatory networks at molecular, cellular, and systems levels.

Duties & Responsibilities
lead and contribute to innovative research in RNA biology and functional genomics, with a focus on transcriptional regulation and disease mechanisms. designing and executing molecular, cellular, and genomics-based studies
developing and applying advanced CRISPR and transcriptomic technologies
integrating and analyzing multi-omics datasets
disseminate research findings through high-impact publications and scientific presentations
collaborate with interdisciplinary research teams
pursue extramural funding opportunities
contribute to the laboratory’s research, training, and mentoring activities.
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
