Job Description

We’re looking for a Care Professional (part time or full time)to join our brilliant team in XX, providing quality visiting care to people in their own homes. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives — with enough time to truly go the extra mile.

We offer flexible contracts, paid mileage, and real career progression — including funded diplomas and Team Leader roles we fill exclusively from within.

No experience required — we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.

What Will You Do?

Provide companionship and genuine, meaningful conversation

Help with daily household tasks and activities

Carry out light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing

Assist with meal preparation and cooking

Run errands such as grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions

Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and grooming (if required)

Monitor medication schedules and remind clients when needed (if required)

Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)

Who Are You?

A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion

An excellent communicator with great people skills

Organised, reliable and able to manage your time effectively

Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations

Physically able to support clients with household and personal care tasks

A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work

Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
