The visiting professor will benefit from a strong research support ecosystem, including:
·access to two experimental behavioral laboratories,
·grant development support, particularly for international and cross-border funding,
·editorial and publication support
This position is based on the Rouen campusand is designed to foster research excellence, mentorship, and academic–industry dialogue
·Lead 1 Paper Development Workshopfor faculty
·Participate in a mentorship programfor 4 junior faculty members, including:
oindividual one-on-one mentoring sessions
osupport for developing manuscripts targeting 4/5 journals*
o6 mentoring sessions per junior faculty member
·Deliver 2 research seminars for faculty
·Deliver 1 research seminar for PhD students
·Contribute to research grant proposal development, with a particular focus on cross-border and European funding opportunities
·Sustainability Seminar for the Programme Grande École (PGE)

·Sustainability Seminar for the MSc in Sustainability Transformations

·Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) module for the Global Bachelor of Business Administration (GBBA)

·Organize 1 panel discussion bringing together academics and industry professionals, primarily from the Normandy region
·Organize 1 industry talk with regional corporate partners
·Deliver 1 masterclassfor managers and Executive MBA participants
