Job Description

As a Medical Field Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's sales and marketing efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to visit medical professionals and establish strong relationships with them around Colombia. You will be an ambassador for our brand, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.   • Visit medical professionals, including doctors and healthcare providers, to introduce and promote GAES products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical decision-makers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical trends and advancements to effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to medical professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Collect and analyze market data and competitor information to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns aimed at medical professionals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel extensively throughout Colombia, visiting different regions and medical facilities to meet with potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights for reporting purposes.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare, sales, or marketing, is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with medical professionals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within Colombia.
  • Valid driving license and the ability to drive safely.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for healthcare and sales.
