About the Opportunity:

The Vision Therapy Manager is the clinical and operational leader of a forward-thinking vision therapy program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused environment and who is excited to inspire and mentor a team of talented vision therapists. You'll have a direct hand in shaping clinical excellence, ensuring outstanding patient outcomes, and fostering a fun, supportive workplace culture.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the clinical expert and go-to resource for all things vision therapy
• Partner with Optometrists and leadership to drive exceptional patient care and innovative treatment planning
• Provide hands-on vision therapy to patients, guiding them through life-changing journeys
• Lead, coach, and mentor your team to reach new heights of professional growth and clinical skill
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure every family receives a personalized, positive experience from start to finish
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, documentation, inventory, and resource management
• Collaborate on exciting marketing, community outreach, and strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of vision therapy principles, treatment protocols, and patient care
• Previous hands-on experience as a Vision Therapist
• Proven leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• COVT Certification (or willingness to pursue)
• Prior healthcare leadership experience
• Experience training or developing clinical teams
