Job Title: Visa&Work Permit Officer

Job Purpose

About the Role

-Handle visa and work permit applications, renewals, extensions, cancellations, and changes for foreign teachers, staffs and students

-Liaise with Thai government authorities such as the Immigration Bureau, Ministry of Labour, and related agencies

-Prepare, review, and submit required documents accurately and within timelines

-Monitor visa and work permit expiry dates and proactively manage renewals

-Provide guidance and advice to expatriate staff regarding Thai visa and work permit regulations

-Maintain accurate records and databases of all visa and work permit documentation

-Support new expatriate employees with onboarding processes related to immigration requirements

-Ensure school compliance with all Thai immigration and labor laws

-Assist HR department with other administrative tasks as assigned

• Good English and Thai oracy and literacy.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• A friendly, professional and approachable manner with colleagues, students and parents.
• To understand the requirement to maintain confidentiality between colleagues, students and parents.
• Have at least 1 or more years of experience in similar roles.
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Clear, professional communicator with students, families, and authorities
