About the Company:

Our partner company is a premium travel and tour management company offering exceptional travel experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full process of visa applications, including document collection, form filling, embassy appointments, and follow-ups.
• Advise clients on visa requirements, timelines, and travel guidelines for various countries.
• Coordinate inbound tour arrangements for foreign travellers visiting Sri Lanka, including hotel bookings, airport pickups, sightseeing, and transportation.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, hotels, and transport providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, tourism trends, and operational procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are informed and updated throughout the visa and travel process.
• Occasionally travel to embassies, airports, or client locations when required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in visa processing and/or inbound travel operations.
• Male candidate with a valid bike license must be willing and able to travel locally for document handling or client support.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken); Tamil will be a definite advantage.
• Good understanding of different visa categories, embassy requirements, and inbound tourism logistics.
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and travel management software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• A customer-first mindset with a polite, helpful, and professional attitude.
