Job Description

What We Expect from You

  • Manage and maintain accurate application pipelines and CRM records.
  • Support application progression from admission to visa stages.
  • Coordinate with agents, students, admissions, and visa teams for timely document collection and processing.
  • Monitor application status, track deadlines, and proactively resolve delays.
  • Generate pipeline reports and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication of important updates, deadlines, and process changes.

  • Deliver excellent support to students and agents throughout the admissions journey.

    What You Should Bring

  • Experience in Overseas Education, Admissions, or Student Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of application processing and visa documentation workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
  • Experience with Zoho CRM or Salesforce.

  • International education or study abroad exposure.
