We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Technology Professional to support, maintain, and optimise enterprise technology environments. The role will involve managing day-to-day infrastructure operations, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting business applications and systems, and ensuring reliable and secure IT services.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting abilities, a proactive approach to infrastructure management, and the ability to work effectively across multiple technology and business teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day IT infrastructure and technology operations.
• Monitor systems, applications, infrastructure components, and services for availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, network, and application-related technical issues.
• Perform system administration, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and patching activities.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Investigate recurring incidents and perform root-cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions.
• Support IT security, access management, backup, recovery, and operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, configuration details, and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, technology migrations, and implementation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and technology processes.
• Follow established incident, change, problem-management, and IT service-management processes.
• Ensure IT services remain aligned with operational requirements and agreed service standards.
• Collaborate with application, security, network, database, and business teams on cross-functional technical requirements.
• Provide timely technical support and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement of IT operations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, technical operations, IT support, or a related technology role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and technology operations.
• Hands-on experience with system administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience monitoring system availability, performance, and operational health.
• Understanding of networking, servers, databases, operating systems, and enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with IT security, backup, recovery, access management, and infrastructure best practices.
• Experience working with IT service-management processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying technical risks and improving operational efficiency.
