Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally on behalf of UK clients
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
• Handle email correspondence and respond to client enquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems daily
• Provide administrative support to management teams
• Greet virtual visitors and manage front-of-house communication remotely

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in reception, administration or customer-facing roles
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and VoIP phone systems
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet environment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
