What's the role?
We're currently recruiting for multiple permanent opportunities within our Virtual Banking team based in Bedford Park, South Australia.
Starting on 18 September 2026, you'll be the friendly voice helping customers with their everyday banking needs while delivering outstanding service and support over the phone.
Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you'll assist customers with a range of enquiries, provide tailored solutions and help create positive experiences that strengthen our customer relationships.

These are full-time permanent opportunities based onsite in Bedford Park.
You will work a rotating roster across Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between:
7.30am and 7.30pm ACST
Your training and onboarding will commence on: 18 September 2026
