We are looking for a Virtual Medical Assistant based in Monterrey,NL.Mexico to provide remote support to our neurology clinics in the United States.
This position is ideal for healthcare professionals in Mexico who are interested in working with U.S.-based medical teams and gaining experience in the U.S. healthcare system.
Candidates with a completed healthcare-related degree in Mexico, such as:
👨⚕️ Physician / Medical Doctor
👩⚕️ Nurse / Nursing professional
🧠 Psychologist
Or other healthcare-related professionals with relevant clinical education and experience

Provide virtual clinical and administrative support to our neurology clinics.
Assist with patient scheduling, follow-ups, and appointment coordination.
Contact patients by phone to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
Assist with patient intake and documentation.
Update and maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
Assist clinical staff with medical records and documentation.
Coordinate referrals, orders, and other patient-related administrative tasks.
Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, medical assistants, and other healthcare staff.
Follow HIPAA and company policies regarding patient confidentiality and protected health information.
Provide excellent patient support and customer service.
Bilingual English/Spanish – required.
Completed degree in Medicine, Nursing, Psychology, or a related healthcare field in Mexico
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable communicating with patients by phone.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office environment.
Availability to work U.S. clinic hours/time zones
Experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting
Experience with U.S. healthcare/medical clinics is highly preferred.
Experience in neurology or other specialty clinics
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Experience with patient scheduling and medical documentation.
Familiarity with HIPAA and U.S. healthcare workflows.
