This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Virtual Engagement Associate based in Canada.
As a Virtual Engagement Associate, you will connect with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations through high-quality outbound interactions.
You will deliver approved program and service information while building trusted, professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
The role combines customer engagement, communication, digital tools, CRM administration, and performance management in a fully remote environment.
You will play an important part in supporting healthcare programs by ensuring that relevant information reaches the right professionals efficiently and accurately.
Success in the role requires strong communication skills, customer focus, organization, and the ability to consistently meet performance objectives.
You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders while participating in training and continuous development activities.

Accountabilities:
- Conduct outbound calls with healthcare professionals, clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders to communicate approved program and service information.
- Build rapport and maintain positive, professional relationships through consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Consistently achieve or exceed established program KPIs and performance objectives.
- Accurately record daily call activity, customer information, and required follow-up details in the CRM system.
- Plan and prioritize assigned target lists to ensure effective and consistent outreach coverage.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service with a patient- and healthcare-professional-focused approach.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support program objectives and resolve issues when needed.
- Participate actively in team meetings, departmental meetings, training sessions, and client-sponsored educational activities.
- Represent organizational values through professional, ethical, and customer-focused interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing program priorities, processes, and customer needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, required when supporting healthcare professionals in Quebec.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, healthcare, sales, contact center, or a related environment is an asset.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong patient-centric mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and manage assigned target lists efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurately documenting customer interactions.
- Ability to work toward performance targets while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance.
