Work Arrangement: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work based on departmental needs)
Marshall Health Network is seeking a Virtual Care Patient Service Representative to support our growing telehealth and virtual care services. This hybrid position combines in-office and remote work based on departmental needs and scheduling.
In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking virtual care. You'll assist with registration, scheduling, telehealth appointment support, and coordination between patients, providers, and healthcare facilities. If you enjoy helping others, are comfortable with technology, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we'd love to hear from you.
