Job Description

A Virtual Assitant is a remote resource and is deployed on one or more projects/assignments post-training to our global Clients. You will be assigned a mid to long-term project. Your deployment would depend on the following situation/s

You have completed your 4 weeks of training (the training period is upto 6 weeks)

You have successfully cleared an interim live work project

Growup trainer has vetted your task submissions and has given a green flag that you are now fit to become a remote resource

You align with the company’s vision and are a culture fit as per Growup ethos and policies

You have successfully dedicated 8 productive hours of training whether or not you are a half VA

A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains. The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work.

We hire two kinds of virtual assistants - Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours)

- Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours)
