This is a remote position.


DAYSHIFT, REMOTE-PHILIPPINES : VA Executive Legal admin
Fulltime : 40 hours per week
Dayshift : 9AM-5PM Sydney
VA Rate : $7-8AUD per hour

Company background: healthcare legal firm
tasks: answering phones, formatting docs, docs should be branded and protected, seo, landing pages,
Purpose: The position is responsible for the efficient operation of a law firm by providing clerical, organizational, and client-facing support to attorneys and legal staff. This role focusses on assisting with day-to-day operational tasks in a legal office. The primary focus of this role is to support attorneys so they can focus on serving clients and growing their practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Administrative support
● Client communication and intake
● Manage emails (manage inbox and client messages)
● Scheduling and calender management
● Organizing files and document managenment
● Creating power point presentations
● Report writing
● Answers emails in a timely manner
● Respond to service enquiries and requests
● Ad hoc admin tasks


Requirements


Job Qualifications:
● Must have a relevant experience in Administrative Support
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Highly organized with good attention to detail
● Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
● Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
● Strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data security
● Good report writing skills
● Background on minute taking
● Tech Savvy
● Proficiency on Microsoft office
● Experience working with a legal firm is a plus
