What will you be doing?

1. Manage emails and communications
2. Escalation of customer queries
3. Drafting of reports and presentations
4. Clear and continuous communication with customer
5. General administrative duties
6. Onboarding of customers

Requirements

1. Please submit you resume in ENGLISH
2. Native English speaker (or at least professional level)
3. Must be located in South America
4. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
5. Customer Service experience is a must
6. Familiarity with Defi or Crypto an added advantage
7. Excellent Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google Suite) a must
8. Previous working experience with Circle an added advantage.
9. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
10. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
11. Excellent time management skills
12. Solid organizational skills
13. High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administator or Executive Assistant are a plus
