Location:Port Charlotte, FL (Onsite) | Type:Full-time | Compensation: Commission (Top performers can earn up to $170,000 per year)

Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. With a history dating back to 1963, our group has established a reputation for innovation, integrity, and customer-centric services. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand!

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled day off during the week plus Sundays off.
Hours: 7:15 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to stay later as needed.

The VIP Sales Consultant works directly with service customers, identifying opportunities to upgrade their current vehicle. This role requires confidently and professionally approaching customers who may not be actively shopping, creating value, and guiding them through a smooth, pressure-free experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Approach and engage service customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Identify customers in strong positions to upgrade their vehicle
• Build value and spark interest with customers not currently in the market
• Perform walk-arounds and appraisals
• Present upgrade options clearly and confidently
• Set and confirm appointments
• Communicate via phone, text, and email efficiently
• Follow dealership process and stay organized daily
• Work closely with service and sales teams
