Norm Reeves Dealerships is a nationally-recognized group of privately-owned retail automotive dealerships located in Southern California, Texas, and Florida. We are looking for a VIP Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience while driving strong sales performance and supporting a fast-paced, customer-first dealership environment.

This is not a traditional desk-only management role — the VIP Sales Manager is actively involved in the sales process, customer engagement, and team execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and support high-priority and VIP customer opportunities from lead to delivery
  • Work deals directly at the desk, ensuring strong structure and profitability
  • Partner with sales consultants to improve closing ratios and customer experience
  • Handle escalated customers and high-value negotiations
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and CRM discipline across the sales team
  • Support showroom traffic, appointments, and internet leads when needed
  • Coach sales consultants on process, presentation, and closing techniques
  • Maintain a strong focus on CSI and long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with management on inventory strategy and sales performance goals

What You’ll Need:

  • Prior experience as a Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or high-performing Senior Sales Consultant
  • Strong closing ability and deal structuring experience
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Automotive dealership experience required
  • Experience with Honda or similar high-volume franchises is a plus
