The specialist serves as a key point of contact, evaluating guest activity to determine appropriate complimentary offers and maintaining regular communication through outbound calls and follow-ups. The role also supports marketing initiatives by assisting with promotions, events, and shows, while ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience, including accurate hotel reservations.
