As a Lounge attendant, you will:

  • Provide services to guests in the lounge from reception and concierge to food and beverage available in the serving times;
  • Ensure the lounge is properly maintained, cleaned and prepared to welcome guests at all times;
  • Work with professional attitude and meeting hotel standards;
  • Responds to the requests of all guests in the Lounge;
  • Stocks and sets up all the self-service areas, sets and clears tables, assists with food service set-up.
  • Provide guests with instructions and information about the hotel and local areas of interest.
  • Be proactive, always offering services beyond expectations;
  • Make sure that the guests' requests are solved and that they are satisfied with the services received;
  • Respect JW Marriott standards in interacting with guests and maintain the confidentiality of information;
  • Anticipate the needs of guests, pay attention to the verbal and non-verbal cues offered by them, actively seek any opportunity to create a memorable experience;

Our most successful Lounge attendant is someone who has:

  • Very good conversational skills in English, a second foreign language is an advantage;
  • Passion for hospitality;
  • Very good computer skills; knowledge of a hotel management system is an advantage (Opera);
  • Customer orientation, ability to solve problems and make decisions;
  • Warm, friendly personality;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Team spirit.
