About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly professional and educated VIP Housemaid to support a private luxury household in Dubai. This role requires a polished, hands-on individual with strong household management skills and the ability to assist with childcare and light educational support for children. The successful candidate must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, excellent organisation, and experience working within high-standard family environments.

This is a live-out position, and accommodation with the family is not provided.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation across the private residence.
• 
  Manage daily housekeeping duties to luxury household standards.
• 
  Support childcare responsibilities for three children in coordination with the family.
• 
  Assist with light tutoring, homework supervision, and educational activities where required.
• 
  Handle laundry, wardrobe organisation, and household presentation with attention to detail.
• 
  Coordinate household supplies and maintain organised inventory levels.
• 
  Support the family with day-to-day household assistance in a professional and discreet manner.
• 
  Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high service standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Previous experience working within VIP, executive, or luxury private households.
• 
  Strong housekeeping and household organisation capabilities.
• 
  Educated and well-presented with strong communication skills.
• 
  Experience supporting children and assisting with basic tutoring or educational activities is preferred.
• 
  Professional attitude with high attention to detail and discretion.
• 
  Ability to independently manage responsibilities within a structured household environment.
• 
  Positive, trustworthy, and service-oriented personality.

Experience within private family environments in the UAE is an advantage.
