About the Role

Eureka Villages is seeking a dedicated Part‑Time Village Manager to join our team at Whyalla, working 32.5 hours per week. This role is responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the village and supporting a high quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and administration of the village, ensuring services and facilities operate smoothly.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure cost‑effectiveness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, and support village staff to maintain a high level of service.
  • Build strong relationships and act as the primary liaison between residents, families, local authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all residents.

About You

  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles, ideally in residential, community, property, or facilities management.
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience supervising staff, building team capability, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents and stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet pre‑employment requirements, including a National Police History Check.
  • Real Estate licence desirable.
