Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older people? As we prepare to welcome residents to our brand-new Belong Birkdale Village, we are looking for dedicated Nurses to join our growing team and help create an exceptional care environment from day one.

Belong is an innovative not-for-profit provider of person-centred care for older people, specialising in dementia care. Our villages are designed to promote independence, wellbeing and a true sense of community. About the Role

Working 12-hour day shifts (8:00am to 8:00pm) or night shifts (8:00pm to 8:00am), you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of nursing care. Working alongside a friendly and supportive team, you will promote wellbeing, independence and dignity while meeting the clinical needs of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the health and wellbeing of residents across the village
• Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate care records, risk assessments and care plans
• Support the care team with personal care where required
• Contribute to clinical governance activities and meetings
• Complete nursing audits and documentation
• Deliver holistic and compassionate end-of-life care
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external healthcare professionals

What We're Looking For

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

• A caring, compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
• Experience within elderly care, dementia care or a similar setting is desirable

Essential Requirements

• Right to live and work in the UK
• Within a commutable distance of Birkdale
• Ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check
