THE JOB:

Step into the role of Villa Services Coordinator and become the heartbeat of an unforgettable luxury experience. With your warm, welcoming presence and intuitive sense of service, you set the tone from the very first interaction. By truly understanding each guest’s story and anticipating their needs, you take ownership of their journey and transform every moment into something extraordinary.

From personalized touches to seamless service, you create lasting impressions that go far beyond their stay and define what it means to deliver the MGM Resorts experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.00/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Handle guest food and beverage orders with the appropriate restaurant and/or In-Room Dining

• Expedite requests for transportation reservations, restaurant reservation, Spa appointments

• Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete services to the guests

• Assist in the arrangement of personal services, such as haircutting and styling, manicure, massage, etc. for Villa guests

• Knowledgeable of liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available; the particular characteristics and description of every wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list and guest room layout; locations and room numbers/names

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED

• Brings 2+ years of guest service experience, with a strong focus on delivering elevated, memorable interactions preferred

• Experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or similar high-end environment is highly preferred

• Willing and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
