Qualifications

•A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in villa hosting, butler service, or guest relations within a luxury resort is preferred.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with working knowledge of hospitality software (Opera system).

•Excellent command of both English and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) for effective communication.

Additional Information

• Supervise daily reception, check-in, check-out, and guest service workflows.

• Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.

• Train, coach, and schedule front office team members.

• Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and yield management to help drive revenue.

• Act as the shift leader or hotel representative when the manager is away.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure clean and ready rooms.
