Role Purpose
To deliver a seamless, refined villa experience through intuitive service, immaculate presentation, and thoughtful coordination, acting as the primary point of contact for the owners and their guests.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily villa operations and presentation to brand standards
• Deliver high-level housekeeping oversight and execution
• Manage in-villa food and beverage service in collaboration with the Chef
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize service delivery
• Assist with itinerary planning, reservations, and coordination with resort departments
• Maintain discreet administrative support, including basic scheduling and communication
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and calm professionalism at all times

Operational Considerations:

• Role combines multiple disciplines; flexibility and adaptability are essential
• May require occasional additional support during peak periods
