As a Mansion Villa Guest Room Attendant, you'll play a vital role in creating the impeccable environment our guests expect from one of the most exclusive destinations in Las Vegas.

From preparing elegant villa accommodations to ensuring every detail is flawlessly maintained, you'll help create a seamless and elevated experience throughout each guest's stay. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE STARTING RATE: $25.4209 / Per Hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain the cleanliness of all residential areas, including Mansion Villas, corridors, and the pool deck
• Clean guest rooms, including making beds with fresh linens, dusting, cleaning mirrors and shelves, and arranging furniture properly
• Clean bathrooms by scrubbing sinks, bathtubs, shower walls, shower doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper cleaning chemicals
• Empty trash, pick up debris from floors before vacuuming, and keep all areas clean and orderly
• Deliver requested guest items, such as pillows, towels, cribs, and other amenities, to Mansion Villas
• Fulfill guest requests by coordinating with the Director of Villa Services, Managers, Concierge, Butlers, and other Mansion staff

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Two (2) years of prior relevant Villa Services experience in a hotel and/or resort complex preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, bilingual highly preferred
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
