We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and personable individual with strong communication skills to join our Sevenoaks Sales team as a Viewing Assistant
This role involves supporting the team in line with business requirements throughout the week, including weekends. Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have regular access to a vehicle, as travel will be required.
Please note that this position is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, making it ideal for someone looking for adaptable working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Meet prospective clients at the properties for viewings.
Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.
Have a good understanding of the property market.
Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
To have knowledge & experience of Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas
