Based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the HRBP, VN, TH & Alliance Cluster partners closely with leadership teams to align people and organizational strategies with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP drives workforce planning, leadership development, and capability building to enhance commercial effectiveness, enable organizational agility, and foster a high‑performance culture that supports sustainable growth in dynamic and highly regulated markets.
