Job Description
As an Agency Solution Manager, your primary mission is to empower and grow our Agency Partners. You will act as a strategic consultant to the agency's leadership and planning teams, ensuring they are fully equipped with our platform's solutions to drive success for their end-clients. You are responsible for the health, product adoption, and revenue growth of your assigned agency portfolio.
Responsibilities
Agency Strategic Consultancy
- Agency Consultant: Act as a strategic advisor to Agency Partners, helping them link their clients' marketing objectives to our platform’s business solutions (strategy, product adoption, and optimizations).
- Enablement & Upskilling: Lead workshops, narratives, and regular business reviews to educate and upskill Agency teams, charting the way forward for their portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Provide Agencies with a holistic view of product developments, market landscapes, and competitor activities to help them stay ahead of the curve.
- Measurement Leadership: Collaborate with Agencies to build Test & Learn plans and implement Measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness) across their full-funnel campaigns.
Agency Portfolio & Campaign Management
- Relationship Management: Manage and grow post-sale relationships with Agency teams, steering account growth and unlocking brand awareness, consideration, and conversion for their clients.
- Media Plan Optimization: Sense check and challenge the Agency’s media plans, providing strategic suggestions to set their clients up for success.
- Performance Oversight: Monitor the performance of the Agency’s book of business, providing proactive optimization suggestions and ensuring campaign setup excellence.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and present data/insights to Agency partners as part of post-campaign reporting or account audits to drive actionable next steps.
Stakeholder Management & Revenue Impact
- Ecosystem Growth: Build trusting relationships and robust communication with Agency stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to ensure sustained account growth.
- Revenue Attainment: Work alongside the Agency Partnership Managers to track revenue impact and identify innovative opportunities within your Agency portfolio.
- Product Adoption: Drive the adoption of Pixels, MMPs, and specific platform programs (e.g., Shop) through your Agency partners.
- Best Practice Sharing: Scale success by creating case studies and sharing vertical learnings across the Agency Solutions team.
