Activities

You will join the teams of TotalEnergies Gas & Power Limited, based in Madrid, Spain, within a fast-growing renewable energy environment in the Iberian market.

In the context of strong and sustained growth of renewable energy activities in IBERIA, TotalEnergies is strengthening its operational teams to secure the implementation, execution and follow-up of origination contracts and Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (cPPA)

This position combines:

  • the operational onboarding of contracts and assets, and
  • the day-to-day contract management after signature

This is a highly operational and cross-functional role, at the interface between Origination teams, Contract Management, Trading desks and Tools / IT teams, with stakeholders based in Spain, France and Switzerland.


1. Contract Onboarding Officer – Origination IBERIA

  • Ensure the operational onboarding of contracts and assets, including data collection, consistency checks and monitoring of implementation milestones
  • Update onboarding and monitoring tools, and ensure data quality and reliability (e.g. SiteRegister, OMIP platform)
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with internal stakeholders (Origination, Contract Managers, Tools / IT teams, regulators)
  • Identify, anticipate and resolve operational issues that may impact contract executionContribute to the improvement of existing processes


2. Contract Manager – IBERIA Contracts

  • Ensure the operational follow-up of origination contracts and cPPAs after signature
  • Monitor contractual obligations, deadlines and key milestones
  • Manage day-to-day contract updates (simple amendments, operational or regulatory changes, updates)
  • Act as the operational point of contact for internal stakeholders on contract-related topics for IBERIA

Candidate Profile

Education & Background

  • Engineer degree or Master degree from a Business School
  • Previous experience in contract management and/or project management is an advantage

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Ability to manage and follow structured processes and workflows
  • Experience in handling administrative or contractual documentation
  • Capacity to analyze and monitor data and ensure data quality
  • Knowledge or exposure to reporting and performance tracking

IT & Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of data management and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a plus

Languages (mandatory)

  • English : B2/C1 level
  • French : C1 level
  • Espagnol : B2/C1 level
