Join a friendly, international (25 different nationalities) and human-sized company, a partner in the energy transition of transport and logistics professionals. Joining AS 24 means taking part in a local adventure that began 35 years ago and which places innovation and customer orientation at the heart of its priorities. AS24 is now present in 29 European countries with more than 1,400 stations, and offers a complete range of services connected to the needs of transporters: electronic tolls, geolocation, new energy stations, digital services. As part of its development, AS 24 (€7 billion in turnover by 2022) is supported by TotalEnergies, of which it is a subsidiary, and that gives it the impulse it needs to achieve its ambitions, for the benefit of its 27,000 customers and its 400 employees. In a multilingual context, we offer a 12 month VIE, renewable up to 24 months,within our Ibérie subsidiary based in Barcelona. AS 24 Ibérie is involved in the commercial and network development of 2 countries: Spain and Portugal.

Reporting to the Managing Director of the Iberia Hub, you will be in contact with the Iberia General Secretariat, Sales team (field and office staff) and Supply, as well as the team of the AS24 headquarters based in Nantes (France).
The position is based on 3 axes :

1/ Optimization/Management Control

• As support to the finance team, carry out checks on our purchases and verify our margins on certain sites and products.
• Review procedures and analyze management tools.
• Define and analyze optimization gains.

2/ Sales

• Assist sales representatives in optimizing customer visits (preparation of tools, numerical analysis, reporting). Key-user Sales force.
• Support the sales team in monthly campaigns (upselling existing customers, lost customers, prospecting wave) and analyze data - Salesforce tool.
• Participate in the deployment of our new products and services (especially toll offer).
• Elaborate files for major customers and according to the needs of the subsidiary.
• Participate in the animation of the sales meetings of the subsidiary.

3/ Supply/Network

• Analyze our volumes (stations, subsidiaries, customers) and propose action plans to the Subsidiary Manager and the sales team.
• Prepare business reviews with TotalEnergies, partners.
• Participate in the preparation of development files.
• Update competition studies and data in dedicated tools.

Candidate Profile

Expected profile

• University or a Business/Engineering School Master's degree in Finance, Business Management, data analysis oriented to Business
• Experience in Marketing and/or Sales support
• Independent, a team player, and meticulous, with a strong customer focus and a results-oriented approach

Technical skills

• Data analysis
• Marketing and sales skills
• Reporting creation skills
• Strong abilities in synthesis, formulation, and presentation

Computing skills

• Affinity to IT and digital tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power BI and Excel
• Programmation skills (python)

Languages

• Spanish : level C1
• English: level B2
• French: level B2
