Join our affiliate TotalEnergies E&P NETHERLANDS in The Hague !

As Well Integrity Engineer you will assist the Well Integrity Lead Engineer with the following tasks:

A - General:

1. Get familiarized with the company rules related to the well integrity and the mandatory reporting for the well integrity (WI).

2. Participate in the regular integrity review of the wells and their annuli.


B - WI-reporting and monitoring:

3. Prepare monthly reports and provide input for well integrity meetings in TEPNL and with HQ.

4. Improve the WI-reporting towards management and HQ.

5. Prepare well integrity input as required for well interventions programs.

6. Maintain and update the well status register in Wellview, our wells database.


C - WI- Information and Tools:

7. Improve WI-transparency, create a new and open environment for the well integrity data and tools.

8. Develop a Well Integrity dashboard using Power BI, in cooperation with the HSE technical integrity lead.

9. Propose areas of improvement and development ideas for UWIMS, our electronic well integrity management tool.

10. Quality assurance of well integrity related data in terms of data transfer, data entry and monitoring of data acquisition planning.


D - Well maintenance and compliance:

11. Assist in the preparation of well maintenance and testing work scope, budget, and planning.

12. Track progress of maintenance activities and prepare, if required, a follow up, close-out update in our maintenance program (SAP).

13. Prepare and execute the work required for the annulus valves installation, change out and removal i.e. order new valves, refurbish old valves, re-pressurize annuli with nitrogen.

14. Prepare and execute the work required for the change out of corroded equipment on the wells i.e. annulus valves, studs and nuts of wellhead spools.

15. Draft Statement of Requirement (SOR) for well integrity related interventions.


E- Well non-compliances:

16. Track record and follow up on reported anomalies and Downgraded Situations (DGS) in our Synergy data base.

17. Provide support for and prepare/organise risk assessments.

18. Draft request for derogation in derogation data base in cooperation with HQ Well Integrity experts

Candidate Profile

  • The role is to support the Lead Well Integrity Engineer in the development and implementation of a system that enables accurate, transparent and consistent follow up of the Integrity status of our production wells.
  • Preparing risk assessments, derogation request, and work programs will allow development of in-depth knowledge of the Integrity Management System and it's follow up.

Expected qualifications

  • Engineering degree or Master degree in technical fields, especially in mechanical engineering

Technical skills

  • General knowledge of database environments
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Previous experience with designing templates & dashboards is helpfull
  • You will be trained in the use of Company Proprietary Tools, databases and software programs

Computing skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • General knowledge of database environments
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Previous experience with designing templates & dashboards is helpful
  • You will be trained in the use of Company Proprietary Tools, databases and software programs

Languages:


  • English: level B2/C1
  • French: level B2
