Your mission, roles and responsibilities

SUSTAINABILITY

• Elaborate and ensure the deployment of Sustainability Strategy at Faurecia Clean Mobility
• Ensure the link between FCM and the Sustainability group (Environment, CSR, HSE, CO2, Diversity & Inclusion)
• Helping to set up and Monitoring CSR action plans on the sites (focus on Europe)
• Report on key indicators (Planet, Business, People)
• Manage the Sustainability communication (webinars, workshops, Live Events…)
• Organize global and local CSR events
• Lead the Sustainability network for the business group.

ADJACENT ROLE

• Communication missions support for Europe division :
  • Support the development and deployment of employer branding initiatives, promoting the Division’s identity, culture, and strengths.
  • Participate in actions aimed at enhancing the Division’s attractivity, including preparation of internal events, communication materials & content
  • Animate & feed internal social media.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

The ideal candidate will have/be:

Minimum Education Level:

• Master's degree in Business

• Nice to have: Specialization in Sustainability and/or Communication

Skills and competencies:

• Be convinced on topics related to Sustainable Development

• Knowledge of Communication

• Knowledge of CSR topics: Environment, People diversity, Business ethics

• Fluent in English,

• Ability to work in matrix organization

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• First experience in CSR/Sustainability

• First experience in communication

• Portuguese / Spanish language
